Qatar TESOL Second International Conference: April 13-14th, 2007
Challenges & Solutions in EFL

Hosted by the College of the North Atlantic-Qatar
In this year's conference, our presenters will be addressing the challenges faced by the ELT community today, and how educators are working to meet them. Building on the success of last year's conference, we look forward to presenting a wide array of presentations, workshops, and poster sessions which address the particular solutions that ELT professionals in the Gulf and beyond have found to meet the changing needs of EFL learners. The Publishers Display will once again offer conference goers a chance to browse through the most popular and current publications on offer.
We are pleased to have Stephen Bax , Mary Sue Sroda and Mohammed Abbas as our plenary speakers this year. Check back on the website in March to see a detailed list of featured presenters. Consider presenting yourself! There's still time to participate: the deadline for presentation proposals has been extended to 1 February 2007. Click on the Call for Papers to find out more.
All registration for the conference will be done on site: QR50 for members, QR100 for non-members. We look forward to seeing you in April!
The conference will be held at the Main Campus of CNA-Q in Duhail, Doha, pictured to the right.
CNA-Q is located at 68 Al Tarafa, Duhail North, Doha. It's very easy to find, right next to Qatar University.
